MEET JILL OSUR
A former UC Berkeley softball player, Jill Osur still draws on her athletic background to hone her leadership style and overcome obstacles. Deeply moved to elevate women and inspire meaningful change, her values have guided her career—first as a savvy political fundraiser, then in marketing with Special Olympics, and now, as an entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, and recently, a TEDx Speaker. Her riveting and inspiring TEDx Talk was entitled, “Leading with Full Capacity Thinking”.

Aside from speaking, Jill founded Teneral Cellars in 2020, a women-owned wine company on a mission to reshape the wine industry to reflect its largest customer - women! And Jill acquired a beautiful property for Teneral Cellars with 26 acres of vineyard in Amador County Wine Country (1-hr north of Sacramento). Based on this, Jill relies on her strong leadership skills daily to run the business and manage her staff.

Jill’s additional accomplishments include being: A current Tory Burch Fellow; a member of the Governor’s Entrepreneurship & Economic Mobility Taskforce; a founding board member of the JFK University Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership; and being an advisory board member for Enterprising Women.
Her professional accolades include: 2021 Winner of the Women President’s Organization Adrienne Hall Award for Breaking Down Barriers; 2022 Stevie Award Winner for Women in Business for Best Female Entrepreneur; 2022 recipient of the Corporate Leader Award from Leadership California; 2023 Winner, NAWBO Sacramento OWL Awards – Woman Innovator; and 2023 Honoree as one of the 100 Women to KNOW in America.
MEET LISA ORRELL, CPC
Lisa Orrell, CPC, is known globally as “The Chief of Change”, and she was voted “World’s Top 30 Leadership Speakers” in 2024 & 2025 (published by the international research organization, Global Gurus). The list also includes other Leadership Luminaries such as John C. Maxwell and Simon Sinek.
